Why do you need my bust size to stitch a saree?

Your bust size helps us shape the upper drape correctly so the saree flows smoothly across your body.

Think of it as tailoring the drape, not just the length.

I don’t know my exact bust measurement and I can’t measure. Can I just give my bra size?

Yes – if you’re unsure how to measure, you can enter your bra band size (like 36) in the bust box.

Important note:

If you do this, please mention in the order note that you’ve entered your bra size in place of your bust measurement, and include your full bra size (e.g. 36B).

Example:

“Bust size entered as bra size: 36B”

We’ll take care of the rest and calculate your bust measurement accordingly for a perfect fit.

I don’t know my waist size and I can’t measure. Can I enter my jeans size instead?

Yes, you can! If you’re unsure of your actual waist measurement, feel free to enter your jeans size (e.g. 28, 30, 32) in the waist box.

Just mention in the order note that you’ve entered your jeans size instead of your waist size.

Example:

"Waist size entered as jeans size: 30"

We’ll adjust it for the perfect fit.

Wrap a measuring tape around the part of your waist where you usually tie your saree.

Stand straight, keep the tape snug (not tight), and don’t suck in.

2. Bust Size

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug and straight across your back.

For best accuracy, do this while wearing a non-padded bra.

3. Height

Stand straight against a wall, barefoot.

Measure from the top of your head to the floor.

You can enter this in feet + inches (e.g., 5’4”)

We realised that with every return, we weren’t just losing money, we were losing our Shakti. The energy and strength behind our brand were being drained, and the purpose we stand for was at risk. Our carefully crafted sarees were being misused, and the waste began to impact the very soul of what we do.

That’s when we made a conscious decision:
We no longer offer returns.
Not because we don’t trust you but because we respect what we create, and the people who create it.

Q: What if I’m not happy with what I get?
A: That’s rare, but we’re here for you. We offer exchanges, alterations, or store credit (valid for 3 months) to make sure you’re happy without contributing to waste.

Q: What if it doesn’t fit me?
A: We offer one free alteration to get the fit just right. If you need further adjustments, we charge a nominal fee of ₹499. We're here to help you love the fit while being mindful of our resources.

Q: Can I exchange it for another piece?
A: Yes! Just raise your exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn and in its original condition.

Q: What if I need more time to decide?
A: No problem. As long as you raise your request within 3 days, we’ll issue store credit (valid for 3 months), so you can take your time.

Q: What if the product I receive is damaged or defective?
A: We carry out a strict quality check before dispatch. But if your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a video. Once verified, we’ll offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 3 months).
