Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Aseem for your saree needs. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return& refund process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
How to return items?
- Go to your orders. (ensure you have signed in before)
- Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
- Select a reason from menu and continue.
What are the return& refund guidelines?
- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be provided.
- The saree must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- The customer must request a return authorization from our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the saree
- Once we receive and inspect the saree, we will issue a refund within the next week
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If the saree has been used, altered, or damaged in any way, we may not accept the return
- If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.
- We will not process a return if you have placed the order for the wrong product model, colour, or incorrect order or service.
- Return or refund shall only be considered once the customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.
- Return and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by an authorized person on behalf of us.
- If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defects, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.
Can my order be replaced?
Only orders fulfilled by Aseem can be replaced.
- If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available.
- The product will be eligible for replacement only if the same product/model is available in stock.
Products damaged during the transit?
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- We will organize to repair the damaged product or collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
