Horrible experience

I have ordered on November 10th, it’s now 27th November. I have still not received the package. Neither does your customer care on WhatsApp has the courtesy to accept the error. That person was adamant that the order is fulfilled and does not have the common sense that if you don’t receive money for COD order, that order cannot be fulfilled. I had requested for expedited delivery. Forget expedited delivery, the package did not arrive even after 18 days. Looks like you are not keen on doing business. Thank goodness I did not pay for order
